Not appearing on screen

Im running a Maximus hero vii with an intel 4790k and a asus 970 strix.

The problem im having is the system is not showing up on screen. I have tried so many things and none of them have worked.

The q_code says FE or F3 and i have consulted the motherboard user guide and for F3  "Recorvery Firmware Image Is Found" if any of you all now what this means or can help me out please respond.
