so i get this warning a ton a day, ive tried repairing the index in control panel an in regedit but it hasnt worked for me yet.

Where do you get this error? Is it a message that pops up? Or event viewer? If you haven't noticed anything wrong, might be worth casually pretending you never saw it  :P

There are a tonne of errors that go in and out of windows in a day, this is one you should ignore.

Alas there's not much you can do without many many many hours of debugging, it doesn't affect the day to day running of the machine though, and doesn't cause any actual issues.
