Help with choosing RAM

So my current build is below.  these are parts that I already have.  Now i'm just looking to round it off with  16gb kit of RAM (2 sticks)

I was thinking around 1866 cl9 was where to aim but I don't know a great deal about ram these days and still mildly confused by 1.65v kits

The graphics card is actually an MSI GTX970 Golden edition which i'm having shipped from the states (i'm in the UK) partly to go with the black and orange theme

and partly for the cooling benefits.  So I would like the RAM to complement that if possible.  Does anyone have some suggestions?

Rig will mostly be used for gaming and some recording and streaming also.  So there will be some video editing but not a great deal and is not my aim for the build.

Well if you can wait a few weeks pick up the new Corsair Dominator Platinums in orange

As long as the kit is 1600Mhz or higher pretty much anything will do as long as it is a trusted brand.
I usually go with teh cheapest possible that both looks good and fits.

They are only for DDR4, He could get a pair of platinums for DDR3 and change the colour though.

Yeh I saw those on Linus' video but thought they were only DDR4.  When you say get that platinums and change the colour are you talking about LEDs or changing the colour of the spreader?

I just haven't found a huge amount of choice when browsing through the online stores here.
