Want to angle Intuos Pro Med. on table

I've had an intuos tablet for as long as I could remember and I am just utterly uncomfortable using it flat. I would like to use it slightly angled since I am accustomed to drawing on easels and such where the angle of the canvas is adjustable.

 

Has anyone used a tablet stand or jerry-rigged (arm, stand, etc)something that will allow the Intuos to be angled a couple of degress towards me?
