can't make a vpn

Hi guys,

 

i've ran into a bit of an issue, i need a vpn connection to my school for something to work, but for reason the vpn i had didn't work anymore. so i deleted it and tried to make a new one, that failed as well. To study for my examen (on monday) i have to remote desktop to my laptop which has the same vpn working great.

 

in my device manager this shows http://prntscr.com/5qot3s.

 

do you guys know of any quick fixes? and before some says it, i've tried turning it off and back on again.
