Major OC problem

So I was trying to overclock my CPU and I guess I went a little too high on the voltage and now my PC is stuck on post code 78. I've tried resets CMOS, unplugging drives, trying different display outputs, taking the MB battery out. I NEED HELP! DID I FRY MY CPU???! "oh shit, I just realized what I put in"

- disconnect all USB devices from the motherboard

- remove any USB controller cards (while the computer is unplugged)

- verify that the LCD or monitor cable is firmly plugged in.

I'm pretty sure I've killed it.

How much voltage did you give that chip
