Unless if you super need platinum I know 750w corsair golds go for about 50 bucks sometimes, but even at full retail price they would still be half the cost of a platnium. Also you can definitely get cheaper ram for that price. And I see 970's go for around ~330.

Looks nice but that power supply is a bit high for it maybe go for 500w so it has room for expansion.
