Quick question: Am I right if I would say that FX 8320 is same as FX 8350, but slightly downclocked? If it is and if you could overclock the FX 8320 as far as FX 8350, that would be an awesome value right there. Can anyone validate this for me? I'm not really that familiar with AMD processors. If this is right, than I would jump right for it immediately. :P

well there's speculation that an FX 8350 is binned slightly higher.

It really depends on how good a chip you get.

if you get a good/great FX 8320 it could go higher than a bad/decent FX 8350.

GHZ for GHz they will be almost identical 8320 @ 4.5GHz vs 8350 @ 4.5GHz

8350 is binned  higher because  it is a better chip and should be capable of a much  greater frequencies\overclocks. than the 8320 .in theory anyways. you could always get a godly 8320 perhaps.

in the manufacturing process the center of the wafer yields the best chips, as you move from the center towards the edges the cpus are "less" premium.
