for example let's  that your PCs are called PC1 and PC2

 

The reason you're getting the credential box is because the PC on/off program needs to authenticate (or Log In) to the other PC

 

If you wanted to authenticate to PC1 the details would be something like this :

 

username:  PC1\USERNAMEHERE

password : YOURUSUSALPASSWORD

 

I can see from the screenshot that in your case it will be COMP

 

so username will be COMP\USERNAMEHERE

password will be your usual

 

your username will be oxmaster or whatever it says when you put your password in at bootup

 

Does that make sense?

Break it. Put it back together.Then hope like hell it works. Failing that Use Gaffer Tape.... lots of it. If that doesn't work then either there isn't a problem or you haven't used enough gaffer tape,

gonna try that tomorrow, I was trying to do so but without COMP\.
