So I'm running an ADATA sp9000 128gb ssd and next to that a WD 1000gig HDD
I've got 8.1 64bit windows installed , did nothing out of the ordinary prior to error occurrance...

All went smooth with the pc until this morning when i booted it only shows 'a disk read error has occurred , press ctrl alt del to reboot'

When i go into the bios and check the mobo connections my ssd and hdd show up but there seems to be a problem frown.png

What should i do ??

I tried switching my hdd cable with my ssd cable and i still doesn't work , what are the chances of those two cable dying as the same time ? also my pc is pretty new and also : the devices show up in my bios so the cable should be fine right ?

If the BIOS sees it, then the drive is still functioning somewhat. Pop an OS installation disk in and see if it detects it/if you can reinstall. You could also do a live Linux boot and see if your content is still even on the drive or if you can access it at all.
