Combat arms Error 484?

     So About a month ago I decided to build a my first PC and I have been playing this game called combat arms for a while now (On older pc)  and whenever I try and launch the game, I get an error "Unable to reset the renderer, In order to play combat arms you'll need DirectX 9.0c, With a video card that supports  TnL (Error 484)"

  Things I've tried; 

Updated all drivers

Uninstall/reinstalled the game

Dowloaded Direct 9.0x and newer updated version.

 

Specs

Intel i5 4690k

mobo- MSI g55 

Ram- G.Skill ares 8gb 2x4 sticks

OS- Windows 7 home premium (Pirated)

 

 

If anyone could please help me play one of my favorite games again I would be very grateful, Thank you!

No I am currently waiting to buy mine, But before on my old pc The game would run fine with integrated graphics and that's what i'm using now

I feel like that might be the problem. Intel graphics drivers are a hit or miss depending on the game when I used it.

Well my old processor was an intel something rather would that make a difference? I guess i'll see what happens when I get my graphics card
