This seems like it would go in troubleshooting, but it's more over not a comparison.

I had sent my Nepton 280L in because of a faulty pump, and I have just received an e-mail saying that they are out of stock, and they are asking if I am interested in a Glacier 240L or a Nepton 240M. Would it be better if I try and ask them to get me a 280L, or should I go with a different AIO? I'm not too worried on the fan noise, as I do have two Noctua A-14 ULN 140MM fans but if I do get the 240mm rad, I can just return them. This is primarily only out of cooling performance.

Why take a downgrade? Get them to get you a 280L or get your money back.

Glacier 240L is significantly better than the Nepton 280L.

It is basically a rebrand Swiftech H220.

It uses Copper/Brass radiator material instead of aluminum which has lower cooling performance.

It also uses Apogee Drive II waterblock/pump combo.

It is also expandable.

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of idiots experiencing nothing more than the placebo effect.

Get the Nepton 240M!  Check out some reviews of the 240M and you will be happy to take it in lieu of the 280L.

That's what my buddy had told me as well last night, but I've been trying to look around for a straight up comparison using the exact same processor
