I recently purchase a Noctua NF-A9 pwm fan as a replacement for my zigmatek fan on the zigmatek heat sink [loki]. On my q6600 at 2.4ghz.

My big question is does this numbers mach or how do I convert them.

Noctua fan is 2,28 mmh2o the Xigmatek fan is 3.7 mmh2o

Convert them to what exactly (Pa, mmHg, something else)? Those numbers indicate the static pressure the fan can output (at 100% RPM I suppose). What that says is that your Xigmatek would be more efficient on a radiator compared to Noctua. Note that doesn't mean Noctua is worse, as there are a lot of side factors, such as noise, airflow and so on.

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

It's a value of water displacement in a tube during the experiment. Xigmatek has more static pressure

Take it as a grain of salt. Manufacturers do not have the same testing methods so the numbers are meaningless when conparing different brands

Yes, Blacknoise is the only company I know which gives information about how they measure.
