I'm beginner at building PC. Can you please help me to build a future proof PC? Any suggestion please or changes to my build but as much as possible I like the CPU unchange. :)
I want:

CPU: INTEL CORE I7 4790 $295
CASE: COUGAR CHALLENGER ATX GAMING $72
Motherboard: I don't know yet.
Ram: 4gb-8gb.
PSU: I dont know yet.
Storage: 1tb $44
Video Card: Not planning to buy yet

Do you need windows and you CANNOT future proof PC's.

and you shouldn't TRY to do it. Better buy value components today and buy value components later to change the ones you bought today.

I don't need windows. Well I'm a gamer but not that too hardcore and I used photoshop and after effects a lot.

PSU is part of the case also it fits your budget goes over it by a tad bit roughly seven dollars........

also the CPU has hyper-threading which makes it work kinda like a quad core....
