Plusnet is basically just a reseller of BT packages, as are pretty much all ISP's except virgin media (AFAIK)

 

It really depends on your location, and your distance from the local exchange, depending on what type of connection you have.

 

Is it the "Unlimited Fibre Extra" or "Unlimited" package? The fibre option, if possible, would be much better.

i currently have fiber so my location can have it, but currently in the process of changing from virgin media to plusnet fiber unlimited
