OPO Twitter refresh sound

I don't know if its a bug or something but when I refresh my twitter feed, the noise always plays through the speaker even if I have headphones plugged in. Is this supposed to happen? I never had it on my iPhone 5.

Ryzen 1600@3.8ghz / 16gb 2400mhz / ASRock B350 ITX / Gigabyte RX 470 4gb / 256gb M.2 / SG13B-Q / Corsair 450w
