windows search 3036 warnings

so i get this a few times and i dont know how to fix it, nor what it actually is but i get like once everyhour or so and it bugs me to no ends
this is a build i build today, motherboard is the msi z97m gaming,4790k 4.4ghz and well some other stuff that doesnt matter
ive tried rebuilding the index but it hasnt worked out so far.
can anyone help me resolve this?

Maybe you don't have privilege to read one or more of the Index locations in Indexing options.

ive read both, the first one didnt work for me where i give adminstrator the rights, and i didnt understand the otherone.

Try disable Indexing for IE, MS Outlook and MS One Note if got.

and i just made the folder adminstrator owner

Just type Indexing Option in Start Menu/Charm bar.
