HDMI 1.4 runs 4k at 30Hz, but that cable can run 1080p in 60Hz?.Or only HDMI 2.0 run at 60Hz in 1080p?...also...HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 have the same conector?

Yes, HDMI 1.4 can run 1080p at 60Hz. HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 have the same connector and cable.

HDMI is capped at 60Hz on 1080p. Most 4K resolutions will lock you at 30Hz unless you use Displayport. I believe (don't quote me on this) that DVI will allow for 60 Hz but I could be wrong.

Using two HDMI connections often yields results of 60Hz but not all 4K monitors do this.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
