Selling a cpu

I'm currently running an i3-4130 on an msi b85-g41 and I'm looking to upgrade my cpu but I am not sure what (preferably i5 for price) I should get. Also will my budget mobo be a bottleneck. Another thing is I don't have the origional box for my cpu and I'm planing on selling my old one so if anyone has an idea on how to sell it that would be great
