800 euro Build

So i'm gonna order my new pc in a couple of days and i got 2 builds which look really nice to me. So i wanted to ask you guys over here what you would prefer or would change in the 2 builds.

 

NOTE: I plan on livestreaming and rendering vids but i wanna try out some new games aswell with the new pc since i couldn't do that with my current one.

 

My Budget is 800 euro or a little more i live in Belgium so prices are fairly close for what you guys pay in dollar.
