Custom loop cooling help?

Hello guys, could anyone help me with the assembly of a custom loop cooling?

I would only want to start off by cooling the CPU, and only later add the gpu, and probably nothing beyond that.

I have a thermaltek core v71, and all the different water blocks as well as pumps confuse me, as to which is better and why is it better.

I would gladly debate why i cant get anything beside them, but i don't want to waste your time, and it all boils down to the fact that i live in a shitty country.

But if you have any knowledge about some other manufacturers that ship their products i will certainly look at that.

I been using EKWB for 2 years now they very very very VERY VERY VERY VERY reliable.

Since it's not available in Serbia try XSPC they also very good but their oarts tend to not last the longest

No, you can go cheaper than a kit and you could use those fans to make it push and pull on the rads

I already have two CM Excaliburs, i think they might do a better job?
