I need a new router, mine keeps cutting out when there is a lot of activity. So any suggestions on one i'm willing to pay at most $80.

+10000000000000000000000

I  have the N(300mbs) version of that model.  Bought mine for $45 from Microcenter and it has been working flawlessly (knock on wood) so far.  I also like very much the aesthetics of it.

Doesn't matter to me, i just need it to support a heavier load than the $20 crap router i currently use.

You can see it does not have the best reviews so probably not...

I personally have no experience with that particular product. I own http://www.tp-link.us/products/details/?categoryid=241&model=TL-WR741ND

and http://www.tp-link.us/products/details/?categoryid=238&model=TL-WR941ND

and my friend has http://www.tp-link.us/products/details/?categoryid=241&model=TL-WR720N

and they have been solid, so i trust tp-link and that archer c5 has good reviews and good features.
