I just bought Saints row Iv on steam but it doesnt launch.

i tried reinstalling it/

256 ssd 3tb hd.

i have 2 screens on my main screen i lauch the game

and on the other screen i'm wachting youtube videos.

that's all im doing .

steam is downloading in the backgriound

Well since you are experiencing a problem you really need to shut all of that crap off and simply try launching the game on its own first. Have the Task Manager open and note what happens.

 

Further simple things to try at this point:

• Restart your system
• Check that all drivers are updated (especially DirectX and GFX)
• What is your firewall and anti virus status? try turning them off if you have them
