Spectre Pros are mediocre at best.

Where are you shopping/located? Budget? Where are you putting the fans?

The budget isn't really an issue, intake and exhaust location. I'll shop anywhere :D

Intake and exhaust don't give any indication where the fans are being placed.

Please reread and answer the questions. What are your specs?

Located in the UK but will shop anywhere...

AF120 QE's are alright: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-fan-co9050016wled

If you're a real stickler for quiet but don't need as much airflow, TrueQuiets are very quiet and can be used for exhausts: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-case-fan-truequiet120white
