New Budget PC build- Overclock

Hey guys, I have recently decided to spend around $650 for a build(including a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers for school use and gaming. The games that I'll be playing are World of Warcraft, Hearthstone and League of Legends.

Now, what I'm wondering is would my build be good enough to run WoW at ultra with 50+ FPS?

Also, if I was to overclock my CPU (if needed) what would be a safe temperature/voltage to make it last at least 4 years. (Broke college student)

Pc Build:

CPU: Intel G3258 (stock cooler)

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H LGA 1150

Ram: G Skill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1600 (2x4GB)

GPU: Evga GeForce gtx 750 sc 1GB

PSU: Evga 500W 80 plus certified

Case fans: I'll have four of them. One in the front, two in the sides and one in the back.

Also, my room is generally cool. Around 45-55 degrees if that matters.

Temperature below 80 Celsius, and voltage limit of 1.35V

Pretty nice build! Go for it, it should run WoW on ultra at around 50fps. You might want to step up to a 760 it'll perform a lot better, but if it doesn't fit your budget, 750 is a great value option!

Oh. I found some videos online that got to 4.2GHZ with the stock cooler but I'm not planning on going above 4ghz.

Would I need to OC my cpu to reach 50 fps on ultra though? And yeah, 750 is in my budget
