Need external HDD

So my gf need an external HDD between 200gb and 1tb with tgose requirements

-Does not need to be usb 3.0 ( because her mac book does not support it)

- As small as possible

- As cheap as possible (€ region)

Any recomentation?

I would get a seagate goflex drive, they are not too expensive and have lots of features and come in 500gb for the portable one. It is less than $80

The WD My Passport 1TB is a good choice for your external hard drive. Comes in 500gb or 1tb.

and what about the 

Toshiba STOR.E PARTNER 750gb?

 

is half the prize... and she doesnt want any high end stuff, i think im gonna tell her to go for the toshiba one just for the prize; but if anyone wants to add somthing agains that hdd oin particular i will be glad to hear it :)

Toshiba makes pretty good drives imo. Been using a laptop toshiba drive and currently have no problems with it. :)
