In its current configuration, you will be able to fill up your system from the top of the reservoir. Draining will be a little difficult, but you will need to remove the reservoir and turn it upside down(and drain it from the top).

What is your rad? Many rads have multiple ports, you can make one a drain port, and you would fill most likely into the top of the reservoir.

Current PC build: [CPU: Intel i7 8700k] [GPU: GTX 1070 Asus ROG Strix] [Ram: Corsair LPX 32GB 3000MHz] [Mobo: Asus Prime Z370-A] [SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB primary + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB secondary] [PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750w 80plus] [Monitors: Dual Dell Ultrasharp U2718Qs, 4k IPS] [Case: Fractal Design R5]

But then it would not get to CPU block, the liquid.

That's what the pump is for :)

Right, you can use pump when you fill it.

Yep, but when you fill it you will have to act fast, because when the pump starts you will have about 2 seconds before the reservoir empties. Basically, once you start the pump you will have to pour more in.
