Only thing i would change is to switch to a i5 4460 (refresh of 4440) which is only 10$ more.

 

Edit: oh yeah and a H97 board since the cpu is locked anyways.

looks like a great mini itx build. that gpu seems a bit pricey you could get http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn760wf2oc2gd if you have 60 or so bucks laying around you could throw in an ssdlaying

R9 280 is a bit better value
