In my task manager, I've been getting processes called "Gsqsglkrq.exe".

My CPU usage has been erratic and my fans keep blazing occasionally while doing nothing.

Anybody know about this process and what it does? Its description says, "Google Chrome" but I don't believe that.

No way it is chrome. Try running scans with your AV and a few other programs that remove malware.

I recommend that you also use this program, removes temp files like intelligent cache scanning and application files.

CCleaner is a one step process though, you should probably scan and view your threats and try eliminating them through safe mode. Also

manually check your local and roaming folders where your temp files are also stored. I'd check regedit too just to be safe.
