Help With K70 RGB

The D Keycap on my Corsair Gaming K70 RGB fell off, but I can't figure out how to contact Corsair to get a new one. Has anyone had a similar situation? How did you get your new keycap?

It should pop right back on really easily.. It's almost impossible to break the keys.

I tried that, it seems like something on the bottom broke. Might have been defective.

Can you get a picture of the inside of your keycap? Sounds like something is broken.

there are some websites where the sell replacement keycaps(WASDKeyboards) (and ebay) try looking there first

(and if u are using the textured keycaps, I would just put the normal back on or the other way around)

and how did it "fall off" if its sideways it might be the + slot at the bottom, and might be fixable with superglue

Unfortunately, replacing them isn't an option. I'll try to get a pic.
