Shutting down problem

Go to solution Solved by tmlhalo,

Maybe something with the front panel header on the motherboard or the physical power button on the case? Try removing everything plugged into the front panel header on the motherboard and flip the psu back on to see if it stays off.

In your bios check :

AC BACK
Determines the state of the system after the return of power from an AC power loss.
Memory The system returns to its last known awake state upon the return of the AC power.
Always On The system is turned on upon the return of the AC power.
Always Off The system stays off upon the return of the AC power. (Default)

Make sure is Off.

If this doesn't work put default values on your bios , if that fails check page 28 of your manual look for Erp.

Good luck :P

It may be your mouse/keyboard that's waking your PC.

If they get moved slightly, they'll wake the PC.

this issue might be caused by a utility similar to asrock instant boot which, when you shut down your pc, reboots and goes it to hibernate you it'll boot faster next time...
