I don't know what's wrong.

The first time I turn my pc on after my power supply gets turned off and on again it displays 00 (not used) and i have to reach into the case and turn it off via the on board power button, this also happens when it restarts via installation, updates, etc. and after I turn it off via the on board power button it works great, in fact I'm using it right now.
