Hey guys I had a question I have been pondering over and needed some opinions to help out.

I have a NZXT Phantom with the little slider fan controller and am currently using the 4 included fans.

The CPU fan which is plugged into the motherboard sometimes has to rev up really loud because I usually leave the case fans on the lowest setting and sometimes I'm a little lazy or I forget and I don't remember to actually change them.

Whenever I go into a game I normally change them when I start or I hear the CPU fan rev up which reminds me.

I know I will never run out of fan headers because I'm only using one out of eight

So you think it would be better to change all the case fans to the motherboard so it can change their speeds more effectively or should I just leave them in the case controller?

Any suggestions would be nice, and I will be planning to switch out the fans eventually when I have some more money.
