gtx 970 Safe temps?

what do u guys think my temps should be? i know the tjmax is 98 but i think thats pretty hot. Whats a safe temp i should be below so i can adjust my fan speed. idc about noise.

right now at auto fan speed im reaching 70ish while gaming 

70-80C is fine. Probably 85C is fine as well. Just not 90C.

The highest temp that I've recorded with my SLI setup was 74C while running Fire Strike.

 

But since it's winter and I live in Scandinavia that obviously has to be taken into account.
