Can't login Steam Client

Ello,

 

I've been having issues after switching my OS to my SSD instead of my HDD and I can't login to my account on the Steam client. It says my password or username is incorrect, which it is. I've tried resetting my password and that didn't help.

 

Cleaned my registry and disabled my firewall and ran the application under admin and nothing has helped. This issue has been around for almost 2 weeks hoping it was just the server being overwhelmed because of the holiday but still is an issue that I'd like resolved.

 

I also installed the client on my HDD, didn't help either.
