Help me decide on what to paint

Do the frame of the outside white, leaving the doors black.

Do the inside of the drive bays and top and bottom white, mobo tray and stuff black.

Oh do this to the front panel it looks great to add accent colors on the 750D, as for white and black you can color match components and parts or paint the exterior but I rather like it black personally.

That wasn't my work that I did but someone's build, it's just proper masking as painting, You'd have to take off the front panels and 5.25" covers and mask over parts like the bezel and edges to prevent paint from getting onto there.
