I have a Gigabyte R9 270, Gigabyte GA-Z97P-D3, Evga 500W 80+ White, Kingston HyperX Fury White Series 1866MHz and a pentium G3258

I installed Windows 8.1 x64 along with programs and so on. I entered the bios and disabled the inegrated GPU along with changing the RAM voltage, timings and speed (1860-70MHz, 9-9-9-27-1T, 1.66V). Upon booting Windows crashed so I assumed it was a problem with the memory changes. I am now unable to enter the bios. The computer is in a boot loop and I see my cursor along with an underscore ( _ ) and this repeats. I've taken out the cmos battery for 10 hours and put it back in with the same results. Two lights flash followed by a quick flash on the front of my case
