I'd suggest getting a ssd--it makes a world of difference: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/99MTVn

Get yourself an EVGA G2 PSU or a SuperFlower, or Seasonic, that PSU isn't particularly great

Not a Corsair one either, they are quite poor :P

Uhm is SSD recommending all you do? Sorry but really a SSD is secondary and yeah it helps with starting up and probably is faster and more responsive and loads games faster but if that is all then you are better to wait a few months and sink the 60-80 dollars in a better CPU/GPU which you can not do later on. You can't just go from a 4460 to a 4690(k) while only spending 60-80 dollars or you must sell it very well, but you can get a SSD later for 60-80 dollars without replacing a part which is wasting money when done on a short time after building the PC.

The rest of the build looks more or less fine.

Look at the list I posted--it's ~$30 more with some part switching.

Okey yeah true could save the money on the Mobo and get a SSD but it is that I just looked at 4-5 topics and everyone of them was with a comment of you saying: why not a SSD. It looks so much like copy and paste work and for me looks really annoying but yeah on this he could get a SSD.

Many new build plans have been lacking ssd's lately. It might have something to do with the release of the 970/price drop of 290/290x + everyone feeling 'ermagerd I need to drop everything to get one of those'.

Well when I would be on a budget the first thing to let go is a SSD IMO it is nice to have but adding one later is cheaper and easier then changing a CPU/GPU.
