Greetings community!

So I have built myself a new computer this past 2 weeks and would like to ask for guides on how to do some stability testing.

Specs:

i5-3570k

AsRock Z77 Extreme4

Sapphire HD 7970 OC (DualX)

G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2x4) 1600

CoolerMaster Extreme2 525wtts

1TB Seagate B. 7200rpm HDD

AeroCool Mechatron Black Window edition

Everything in default clocks and voltage, stock CPU fan.

To be honest, your computer should be stable since it's stock everything.

To test stability:

For your CPU, you can download Prime95 from http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/ and run a blend test.

For your GPU, you can download Furmark from http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/.

There are many other programs but I mainly use this.
