Stuck on starting windows

i have an hp pavilion hpe h8-1234

And for a while it was getting the unmountable boot volume, I bought a copy of easyre to try and fix it but I believe I installed it wrong on a usb hard drive and now when I boot my pc I'm stuck on the starting windows screen, is there any way I can fix this, any help would be appreciated
