Ddr4 ram is only compatible with x99 motherboards. Could you give us an idea of your budget, intentions with the computer and location? Also which parts still work?

I'd keep the CPU and mobo and go for a GTX970

Any Z97 motherboards are good. Because you can overclock an Unlocked CPU.

So the gigabyte mobo is good that you chose.!

Same with PSU. Its a good to go.

Get a RAM with atleast 1600MHz speed. May be Corsair or Kingston!

You cannot use a DDR4 RAM in a Z97 board! :)

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.
