Try this:

 

Go to the windows energyoptions

Select the powersaving profile you are currently using

fixedbyvonnie-windows-7-edit-power-plan.

click on "change advanced power settings"

It´ll open a small window. 

Search for the Keywords "Pci express" and "Usb" and disable both. 

And save with clicking the ok button in the window

This one is pretty good, I use it in my rig, compared to ethernet I have maybe 1-2Mb/s download speed lost, and .5mb/s upload or around there (From around 50 foot from the router, through 1.5 walls), have not had any problems with it at all so far.
