Microphone repeating system sounds

Hi everyone, normally I'm on the other end trying to fix things for other people. Today however, I have an issue with my audio now that i'm using a ASUS Z97 Pro-Gamer on a fresh Windows 8.1 install. Ok so I have tested it with the standard Microsoft HD Audio Driver as well as my new Realtek HD Audio Driver off of ASUS' website. I noticed it while I was using TeamSpeak 3 however even with it not running and even uninstalled something is still causing my audio to be mixed into my microphone causing people that I am talking with to hear my system sounds (anything, chrome, games, themselves from the chat sound and windows sounds). I have tried disabling stereo mix, listening to mic on and off and disabling every other audio source. Really need someone to help me as this board is new and I don't think its a hardware problem. The mic repeats system sounds when plugged into rear jacks too.
