PC bluescreen

Hello linustechtips community,

 

The pc from my parents starts having bluescreen issue's. Any change you guys can help me out to see what the problem is? Here is a download link to the minidump files. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ypt9kvmruni8vqz/Minidump.rar?dl=0.

My dad says it only happens when he is using Mozilla Firefox. So i did disable all the add-ons and reinstalled the program but it still crashes.

These are the specs:

 

Mobo: Asus b85m-m

CPU: Intel Core i3 4130

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 260

SSD: Crucial_CT120M500SSD1

HHD: WDC WD10EARS-22Y5B1

 

Lets hope that we can fix this!

Just did the following tests without any problems.

 

Furmark

Prime95

Memtest86+

CPU: I5-4690K  GPU: MSI GTX 970 4G  Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Case: Corsair graphite series 230t SSD: Crucial m500 128GB HDD: 1TB WD GREEN RAM: 8GB Kingston Fury PSU: Corsiar CX600M
