Yo whats the difference between the sapphire r9 290x TOXIC 4gb and the r9 290x VAPOR-X 4gb.  Both cards look the same...

The Vapor-X card has a higher core clock (1080MHz vs. 1040MHz) and looks better and has better cooling imo.

vaporX has a vapor chamber (youtube it) so theoretically the cooler could be a bit more efficent.

that said when was the last time someone cut up a vapor chamber GPU to actually see if its really there...
otherwise identical, same fans, same gpu....if you wanna pay more for a backplate the vapor x has one..
