I'm not sure what you're asking. OK, your motherboard doesn't have overclocking features.... so?

It's not particularly surprising that your motherboard doesn't have overclocking features, particularly as it's an Intel board. Intel boards have almost always been primarily designed for servers, workstations, and business use where OC is not a consideration. Even today you can get Motherboards from OC friendly manufacturers like ASUS, Gigabyte, etc, that have no OC capabilities - particularly those that use non-OC friendly chipsets such as B75.

Also, you say your motherboard doesn't have an "overclock menu", but does it have sections of the BIOS  where you can adjust the various clock frequencies, etc, that you would use to overclock things before overclocking was so popular?

Anyway, the bottom line is - if your motherboard doesn't have any overclock features, then it doesn't have overclock features. :)

I'd suggest you Google overclocking of your Core 2 Duo to see what methods are used to overclock it and what can be done using the settings in your board's BIOS.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.
