Which one better to cool i7-4770k on MSI z87-G45 Mobo.. both matches the red color of mobo.

Frio, higher static pressure, larger heatsink.

for this price you may take a look at 120/140mm AIO coolers. But if you do want an Air cooler, I would pick the Frio one.

 

Keep in mind.. those two coolers can get pretty loud (up to ~43dbA, which is about as loud as a normally talking person)

I dont know when it comes out but it is pretty beast, check this out.

Between those two I would pick the 2nd one.
