New PC Build Help?

I am planning on building a PC that can run games smoothly preferably at 1080p and also can run Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Cinema 4D and programs like that smoothly and will not lag or glitch up while editing.  

I am on a budget of 500$ so please choose accordingly.

If some gaming performance has to be sacrificed, I'm down with it. It also has to be a 64-bit system since all adobe products are mostly 64-bit. 
I prefer price over performance but not in a significant amount.

You think that we are wizards? (I'm assuming you're from India) you have parts 40-50 bucks expensiver!
