my newly built windows 8.1 pc (spec Bellow) keeps crashing with error Driver irql is not less or equal, in event log i get kernal power 41

 

 

i have tried save mode and the verifier program 

 

 

Spec

 

Intel Core i5 3450

8gb Hyper x BLU

Asus p8z77VLX Motherboard

MSI GTX 650

some rubish 500w psu that came with a pc

 

How do i fix this ?
