Help! Card not working

If you look at the device manager, is it giving you an error?

If you have an iGPU or APU start the PC with plugging in into the onboard graphics and look in your device manager if the GPU is recognized, if not you can change the PCIe slot and try another one or try the GPU in another PC.

 

Worst case your GPU is dead.
